Georgi Kaludov is a global skills and business growth leader with over 15 years of experience in the IT and technology services industry, spanning HP and IBM. He currently leads role-based skills, technical vitality, and transformation initiatives within IBM’s largest technical support organization, shaping capability strategies for senior technical experts worldwide. Georgi has extensive experience managing local and multinational teams and driving global transformations across skills development, innovation, and business growth. Beyond his corporate role, he is a co-founder of the IBM Sofia Accelerator, supporting technology startups in scaling enterprise-grade solutions, and an active contributor to open innovation, education, and emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, and space technologies.
