I’m a lawyer by education and a privacy professional by heart, with over 10 years of combined experience in the fields of legal services, business advisory and consulting, insurance, financial services and banking. As a Data Privacy Specialist at SAP Taulia, my daily activities revolve around ensuring the company’s adherence to data protection laws, regulations and policies. This involves various tasks, such as reviewing and updating internal data protection policies and procedures, handling data subject requests, responding to privacy inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders, conducting data protection impact assessments, and working with the General Counsel and the Compliance team to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws. Additionally, it includes raising awareness and providing training to SAP Taulia employees on data protection compliance.
