I am the Global Service Planner at IBM responsible for coordinating service readiness to ensure that new offerings—including products, bundles, and solutions—as well as subsequent releases are fully prepared to deliver worldwide postsale support at the time of product availability.

My role encompasses project coordination across multiple disciplines to enable both defect and nondefect contract services on a global scale. Ivan is actively involved in the development of new products, as well as the ongoing management, maintenance, and orderly endoflife execution of IBM tape and logo storage devices worldwide. With more than 10 years of experience in the IT sector and multiple successfully completed mentoring initiatives, I hope Ill be able to add value in the SIA program.
