She has led complex projects and operational topics at leading tech companies, including SAP, DXC Technology, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Certified in ITIL 4 Managing Professional and multiple ITIL intermediate modules, Miglena holds Master’s degrees in IT Project Management and Marketing from Sofia.
