These engagements span from weeks to months and involve end-to-end ownership — from defining the desired client outcomes to delivering a tailored solution.

In this role, I am responsible for aligning client requirements with company offerings, identifying and integrating third-party services, and ensuring a cohesive and competitive solution. This includes analyzing the competitive landscape, managing resources, assessing profitability, addressing tax considerations, structuring contractual frameworks, and ultimately developing client proposals.

Additionally, I have contributed to the development of new business offerings by building business cases based on detailed data analysis, evaluating cost structures, forecasting outcomes, and creating standardized assumptions to streamline pricing and decision-making processes.

Beyond this, I have experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, along with a technical foundation in networking and storage domains. I have also gained early-stage entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of a startup 12y ago, and maintain a strong interest in the investment space, including IPOs and startup ecosystems.
