Peter Sabev is a Software Development Manager at IBM with more than 20 years of experience in IT, entrepreneurship, software development, QA, and engineering leadership. He has built and managed teams, worked on technology products, and has hands-on experience with his own outsourcing business that transited from a small startup to acquisition by IBM. Peter is also one of the organizers of some of the largest IT conferences in the Balkans. As a mentor, Peter can help teams test their ideas end to end – from the problem and users, through value proposition and execution, to risks, weak points, and real-world applicability.
